🏋️ What are lifting hooks used for? ＋

They provide additional grip support during pulling exercises such as deadlifts, rows, shrugs and other strength movements.

💪 Will they improve my grip strength? ＋

They help reduce the grip demand during selected exercises, but they don't replace dedicated grip-strength training.

🖐️ Can they help reduce calluses? ＋

The protective lining helps reduce direct friction between your hands and the bar. Results depend on your technique and training habits.

Yes. Adjust the wrist straps to achieve a secure, comfortable fit before lifting.

👥 Are they suitable for beginners? ＋

Yes. Beginners should learn proper lifting technique and practise using the hooks with light loads before progressing.

Adjust and fasten the wrist straps, position the hooks correctly on a compatible bar, and check that everything is secure before beginning your set.
